Customer service is relationship

How do Elo customers view the company’s customer service? The problems and solutions are exclusive to Elo or are those present in all of the customer services throughout Brazil?

On our 100% remote project due to COVID-19 we have interviewed Elo customers on many different cities in Brazil in order to find out the main issues that they have with the company’s customer service and trace out multi-channel opportunities based on it.

Project’s outcomes:

- The perception of the client point of view of the customer service;
- Clearly traced guide for the improvement of the service based on the point of view of the client;
- Bonus: a relationship tool suggested and approved by the client itself (user), with the functionalities vision and a visual design suggestion.

PremieRpet

Your client finding exactly what they need on your website

What does it take for dogs and cats tutors to get on a pet’s food website? What do they expect to find and what does PremieRpet can offer them? Does it make sense creating content for these clients or are they only interested on the product?

Project’s outcomes:

Outcomes:

- Clarity on who is the customer of PremieR Pet which led to the development of appropriate content;
- The understanding of the relationship between Tutor and Pet and the opportunities that come from it;
- High-fidelity prototype and the website’s Visual Design with the user’s point of view concept in mind;
- Clarity on the relationship between PremieR Pet and veterinarians and also on their criteria when it comes to what they recommend;
- Bonus: understanding what triggers the acquisition of pet food and how to potentialize it as well as the orientation for the development of new products amongst the PremieR production line. The result to this new product research has just arrived on the shelves: their new pet food Super Premium Premier Nattu which consists on their consumers’ desires found during our research.

60% of Brazilians do not have a bank account. What now?

Briefing: design a new app. But the project turned into a behavioral mapping of unbanked people.

Difficulties, challenges, desires and expectations were found, resulting in a value journey based on the users. Besides the app, surely.

- Understanding of who and where is the user and where does the product make sense in their lives;
- Validation of app’s ideas and functionalities;
- Online and offline creative line;
- Bonus: a pitch for investors.

After 2 years on the market, Reline needed to revisit its positioning and its business plan. And we were invited to partake on the process! To deeply know the target allows a better evaluation of the brand positioning and to develop the company’s next steps more accurately, setting new business strategies and even its design and communication.
